Shipping, Return and Exchange

Orders are dispatched in 3-4 working days. It takes about 3-4 working days for the order to reach you once dispatched.
Orders once placed can only be cancelled before the same has been dispatched or within 24 hours of the order being placed, whichever is earlier.
Our products are not eligible for any refund/return/exchange unless the product(s) delivered has a genuine quality/manufacturing defect, is broken/damaged, or a wrong product is delivered to you. Any complaint regarding the quality/manufacturing defect is to be reported within 24 hours of the delivery.
For items that are eligible for return, the cost of return shipping is free.
